This fun set of wine charms/wine markers OR you can select bottle charms that fit around the neck of a bottle comes with the following:
All charms are atop beautiful Bali silver studs and have a gorgeous sparkly metallic blue element.
Trevor: A beautiful ombre crystal encrusted bead that gradates from black to silver.
Isaac: An intricately etched bronze colored bead atop a red crystal.
Alucard: A goldstone bead with pave inset black crystals
Dracula: A stately red crystal atop a beautiful black bead with pave inset crystals
Lenore: A red bead covered with red pave set crystals
Sypha: A luminous sky blue bead
Hector: A royal blue crackle bead with a metallized bead cap
Carmilla: A lovely combination of a red crystal, metallized bead cap, and hematite.
I also accept custom requests, so you can choose your own set design including other characters of Castlevania as well as other fandoms; it doesn’t have to be Castlevania, just choose Custom Set and let me know in note to seller which fandom and characters!
This is sold as a set of 8 charms - I cannot break it into smaller sets, however, I can do a mash up - meaning if you choose custom and tell me you’d like 2 Castlevania charms, 3 Supernatural charms and 3 Dragon Ball charms, for example, I can do that.
For anything other than what is pictured, please choose custom set and tell me in note to seller what 8 wine charms/wine markers you’d like.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS - VERY IMPORTANT:
DO NOT PLACE IN DISHWASHER - use a jewelry polishing cloth to gently clean. If there is food/drink on the charms after use, use a damp paper towel to gently rub away the debris and then gently pat dry with a paper towel, then follow up with the jewelry polishing cloth.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
- Items on sale
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Frequently Asked Questions
Custom and personalized orders
All custom orders must be paid for within 48 hours of listing creation. If item is not paid for at that time, the listing will be moved to the shop for sale to the general public.
One Hit Wonders are not eligible for exchange or refund. If there is an issue with your item, please contact me and we can correct any problems.
Coupons and gift certificates usage
Coupons cannot be used towards gift certificates, fundraiser pieces, bottles, custom orders, subscription purchases or items already discounted
Gift certificates cannot be used to buy fundraiser pieces or additional gift certificates.
Processing Time and Expedited Processing
Standard processing time for an item is 3 weeks. Each piece is made to order and requires at least three weeks to be made.
If order contains multiple items, it may require extra days.
Please note that choosing priority mail or express only changes how quickly your item arrives once it's been shipped - it doesn't change the processing time.
If you need your item faster than the indicated processing time, you must contact me to let me know and you will be charged a $10 expedited processing fee. If the fee isn't paid, the item will not be expedited.

Tracking says my package was delivered but I never received it.
Once a package is brought to the post office for shipping, it is, quite literally, out of my hands. You must open a claim with the post office.
If packages and mail are stolen/missing from you frequently, I recommend purchasing insurance and a signature confirmation for your items in my shop. The post office will be able to help you get reimbursed in these instances.
I am not responsible for replacing or refunding or offering an exchange on items that are lost by the post office or stolen from your shipping address.
